1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and 9bd1 ("we", "us", "the Platform", "9bd1") governing your access to and use of the website available at https://9bd1.io and all associated services, including but not limited to the online casino, cricket betting markets, account portal, payment processing, and promotional features (collectively, the "Service").

By registering an account on 9bd1, accessing any part of the Service, or placing any wager or deposit, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must not use the 9bd1 Service.

These Terms are written in English and apply to all players accessing 9bd1 from Bangladesh or any other jurisdiction where doing so is not prohibited by applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Service is lawful in your jurisdiction.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into and form part of this agreement.

2. Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

Use of the 9bd1 Service is strictly limited to persons who are 21 years of age or older. By creating an account, you declare and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. 9bd1 reserves the right to request age-verification documentation at any time. Any account found to be held by a person under 21 years of age will be closed immediately, all pending bonuses will be forfeited, and any balance will be returned to the payment source used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification.

2.2 Registration Requirements

To register a 9bd1 account you must provide an active Bangladeshi mobile number and a date of birth. You agree that all information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in account closure.

2.3 Geographic Eligibility

The 9bd1 Service is primarily designed and made available for players located in Bangladesh. It is the responsibility of each player to ensure that their use of the Service does not violate any law applicable in their jurisdiction. 9bd1 makes no representation that the Service is available or appropriate for use in any specific jurisdiction outside Bangladesh.

2.4 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold one registered account on 9bd1. Opening, operating, or benefiting from multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. If 9bd1 identifies duplicate accounts, all associated accounts will be suspended, any bonuses credited across those accounts will be forfeited, and a hold may be placed on withdrawable balances pending investigation.

3. Account Management

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 9bd1 login credentials, including your password and any SMS verification codes sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login details with any third party. 9bd1 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 9bd1 immediately by contacting [email protected]. Upon receiving such notification, 9bd1 will take reasonable steps to secure the account, including temporary suspension pending investigation.

3.2 Account Verification

9bd1 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be required to submit identity verification documents — including a government-issued photo identification and proof of ownership of a payment method — before your first withdrawal is processed, when a withdrawal exceeds an internally defined threshold, or at any other time that 9bd1 reasonably deems appropriate. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within 14 days of a request may result in account suspension.

3.3 Account Currency

All 9bd1 accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). All deposits, withdrawals, balances, bonuses, and wagering requirements are expressed in BDT unless explicitly stated otherwise. 9bd1 does not operate multi-currency accounts.

3.4 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. 9bd1 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee of ৳50 to inactive accounts after this period. Players will receive an SMS notification before any fee is applied. If an inactive account reaches a zero balance, it may be closed. Players wishing to reactivate a closed inactive account should contact [email protected].

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

9bd1 currently supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Availability of specific payment methods may change without prior notice. 9bd1 does not accept cash deposits or withdrawals under any circumstances.

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum single deposit amount is ৳100. There is no fixed maximum single deposit, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits. Players wishing to deposit amounts above provider-imposed limits should contact [email protected] to discuss available options.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit on the account. The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳200. Withdrawals are ordinarily processed within 3 to 5 minutes of approval. Processing times may be longer during peak periods or when a withdrawal is subject to KYC review. 9bd1 does not charge a platform fee on withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

9bd1 is committed to maintaining a platform that is free from misuse for money laundering or terrorist financing. Deposits made to a 9bd1 account must originate from a payment method that you own and are legally entitled to use. 9bd1 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation before processing withdrawals it deems unusually large or otherwise suspicious. Accounts found to be involved in money laundering activities will be closed immediately and the matter referred to relevant authorities.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers made available through the 9bd1 platform are subject to specific wagering requirements, time limits, and eligible game restrictions. The individual terms for each promotion are published alongside the promotion itself and must be read carefully before accepting any bonus.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to a 9bd1 account cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied in full. The wagering requirement for each bonus is expressed as a multiplier (for example, a 20x wagering requirement on a ৳500 bonus means ৳10,000 in qualifying wagers must be placed before the bonus can be withdrawn). Progress against wagering requirements is tracked in real time in account settings.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

9bd1 takes a firm approach to bonus misuse. Patterns of play that are determined — in 9bd1's sole discretion — to constitute bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies, arbitrage betting across markets, or systematic exploitation of promotional mechanics, will result in the forfeiture of the relevant bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account closure.

5.4 No Bonus Stacking

Only one bonus may be active on a 9bd1 account at any time unless the relevant promotion explicitly states otherwise. Attempting to claim multiple concurrent bonuses will result in all but the first accepted bonus being voided.

6. Gameplay and Betting Rules

6.1 Game Availability

The availability of specific games and betting markets on 9bd1 is subject to change without prior notice. 9bd1 may withdraw or suspend access to any game or market at any time, including for scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or at the request of the relevant game provider.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Bet Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game and are displayed within each game's interface prior to wagering. 9bd1 reserves the right to modify bet limits at any time. Placing a wager constitutes your acceptance of the limits applicable at the time of that wager.

6.3 Finality of Settled Bets

Once a bet or wager has been accepted and settled by the 9bd1 platform, the result is final and binding. Settled bets cannot be amended, reversed, or cancelled except in cases where a material technical error is identified and documented by 9bd1 in accordance with Clause 6.4 below.

6.4 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction affecting the outcome of a game, hand, or bet — including server failure, disconnection, or software error — 9bd1 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager amount to the player's account balance. 9bd1 will not be liable for any loss of potential winnings resulting from a technical malfunction beyond the return of the original stake.

6.5 Cricket Betting

Cricket betting on 9bd1 is subject to the specific rules applicable to each market type (match winner, top batsman, total runs, etc.). Live markets are subject to odds fluctuation throughout a match. 9bd1 uses automated market settlement based on official scorecards from the governing body of the relevant match. In the event of a discrepancy between an unofficial source and the official scorecard, the official scorecard takes precedence. Markets on matches that are abandoned, tied, or resolved by the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method will be settled according to the rules stated in the individual market description.

7. Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

9bd1 is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all players. The following actions are strictly prohibited and will constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Using any automated software, bot, script, macro, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with the 9bd1 platform in place of genuine human play.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market.
• Exploiting a software bug, glitch, or vulnerability to gain an advantage over other players or the platform. Players who identify such vulnerabilities are required to report them to [email protected] and must not exploit them.
• Using fraudulently obtained payment credentials to make deposits.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or inside-information wagering in connection with sporting events listed on 9bd1.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 9bd1 staff or other players through any communication channel.

9bd1 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account it reasonably suspects of engaging in any of the above activities, to withhold associated balances pending investigation, and to report the matter to relevant law enforcement or regulatory bodies where appropriate.

8. Responsible Gaming

9bd1 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. Players who believe they may have a gambling problem are encouraged to make use of the self-management tools available in account settings, including deposit limits, session reminders, cooling-off periods, and voluntary self-exclusion. 9bd1 is for adults aged 21 and above only. If you feel that gambling is negatively affecting your finances, relationships, or mental health, please seek help. Self-exclusion requests can be submitted at any time by contacting [email protected]. Self-exclusions take effect immediately and, once set for a period of six months or longer, cannot be reversed before the end of the exclusion period.

9. Privacy and Data Use

9bd1 collects and processes personal data in connection with the provision of the Service. The types of data collected, the purposes for which it is processed, and your rights in relation to that data are described in full in the 9bd1 Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein.

9bd1 does not sell, rent, or share player personal data with third-party advertising networks. Data is shared with third-party game providers solely to the extent necessary to operate the games you play, and with payment providers solely to the extent necessary to process your transactions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 9bd1's total liability to you in connection with the Service — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your 9bd1 account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9bd1 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive loss or damage, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, whether foreseeable or not, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Service.

9bd1 does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Service at your own risk. It is your responsibility to ensure that your device and network environment are adequately protected against malware and unauthorised access.

11. Suspension and Termination

11.1 Termination by the Player

You may close your 9bd1 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Any remaining balance in your account at the time of closure will be refunded to the payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to identity verification and the absence of any outstanding bonus wagering obligations. Accounts that have received a bonus and have not yet met the applicable wagering requirement will have the bonus and any associated winnings forfeited on closure.

11.2 Suspension or Closure by 9bd1

9bd1 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time and without prior notice if: (a) you are found to have breached any provision of these Terms; (b) 9bd1 is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive; (c) 9bd1 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity on the account; or (d) you have failed to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.

In cases of account closure for cause, 9bd1 reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, any balance lawfully owed to the player will be returned. If a breach is confirmed, 9bd1 may forfeit the balance in full or in part, depending on the nature and extent of the breach.

12. Amendments to These Terms

9bd1 reserves the right to revise, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a change is material — meaning it affects player rights or obligations in a significant way — 9bd1 will notify registered players via SMS to the mobile number on their account at least 7 days before the change takes effect. Non-material updates (such as corrections to typographical errors or clarification of existing clauses) may be published without advance notice.

The current version of these Terms is always available at https://9bd1.io/terms-conditions. The date shown at the top of this document indicates when the most recent version became effective. Your continued use of the 9bd1 Service after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised agreement.
